 I just spent a few hours switching out my real estate signs for winter. Moving them from my listings front yard to the houses, or trees.  Temperature is 60 degrees at Lake Tahoe.   Where is winter?  Some ski resorts have opened a few lifts, but the marjority need more snow.  This weekend will be golf rather than skiing with a few open houses in the mix.
